• Flexible - you can attend any 10 sessions over a 16 week period.
• Complete a self-assessment and individual review of your current fitness level and desired aims.
• Practise and develop your own personal routine.
• Either continue to practise at home; drop in to classes on a one-off basis or choose a discounted regular user option.
If you suffer with a severe medical condition it may be that therapeutic and restorative sessions which teach you more restorative postures and breathing techniques in smaller groups or 1-1 might be best for you - at least initially.
