These 6 week courses now come with additional support from online!

Many of my students tell me they would love to start practising at home, and I TOTALLY encourage that! Even 15 minutes a day will make a significant difference to your well-being.

So, in addition to the face to face classes, when you enrol you will also gain 8 weeks of access to:

  • A  10am weekly Tuesday morning live online class which is for beginners and those with a little more experience, which will stretch your skills just that little bit more and expand your knowledge.
  • Can't make 10am on Tuesday mornings? You will also have access to the recordings of these classes for the 6 weeks of your membership plus a further 2.

NOTE - BRAND NEW STUDENT? The complete course is £50 but brand new students come to the first session for £5 as a trial - no obligation to continue. If you do continue you bring the remaining £45 to week 2. 

Choose from one of 2 venues for this course.

 1) Bawtry Memorial Sports Groundl: programme starts Tuesday 21st January 6.15 pm till 7.15 pm 

2) Tickhill Bowling Pavillion (NOT cricket Pavilion!) Starts Weds 22nd January at 6.15 till 7.15 pm 

These courses get VERY busy - so you really do need to book and reserve your space. 
NO drop ins for this I'm afraid.

You can either pay online when you reserve your space OR pay in cash when you attend the first session. 

The beginner programme is good for you if:
  • You are a complete novice and would like to learn the basics, or you need a slower, gentler pace with more explanation of how to do the poses and the benefits.
  • You don't want to be surrounded by superfit bendy people!!
  • You love the idea of having some tuition and reminders from the comfort of your own home, so you can start a real home practice. Believe me, just 15 minutes a day and you'll see a FAR more rapid improvement in your health and well-being.
  • You want to increase in confidence before going to a mixed level class.
  • The time suits you better and you don't want to commit to more than a few weeks.
  • You are able to commit to 6 sessions - which will start and end on specific dates.(Please note - there is some flexibility with this - if you cannot attend up to 2 of these sessions you can swap for one of Shona's other classes. However, after 2 swaps if you miss any more you will miss the session completely and there is no reimbursement.)

 OR CHOOSE ONE OR MORE OF 5 WEEKLY FACE TO FACE CLASSES
(Suitable for most levels -
absolute beginners may want to try a beginner course first.)

These classes run all year except Easter or Christmas holidays or exceptional circumstances. Wherever possible I arrange cover when I'm away.

You can attend any of these classes and monthly memberships allow you to attend as many classes as you like, including drop in's to the 6 week programme classes too as long as space is available and it's not taking a place a brand new student could take.

Thursday mornings - 2 classes in a beautiful new venue in Cantley
 Cantley Phoenix Centre 
(Everingham Road Cantley; just behind the shops.)


Thursdays at 9.15  to 10.30 (Suitable for experienced beginners and those new to yoga) 

Thursdays at 10.45 to 12 noon. (Intermediate level - just a little more challenge!)

Flexible attendance with a number of membership options.

Tuesdays at 7.30pm:  (This class is for my more experienced students or if you are looking for a little more challenge!)

Wednesday mornings - 2 classes 
Tickhill Bowling Pavilion; (Tithes Lane) 

Wednesdays at 9.15  to 10.30 (Suitable for beginners and those with some experience)
Wednesdays at 10.45 to 12 noon. (Just a little more challenge!)

Fancy online?
Attend up to 3 live online classes a week or access an ever changing library of sessions!

Live online sessions available include:

Tuesday mornings at 10am - Regular, weekly class for beginners and those with a little experience.

Thursdays at 7 pm: Deep relaxation and restorative class. Runs as a 6 week set, 5 times a year. 

Fridays at 10am: Find your flow! A class for the more experienced student who wants to feel gently challenged. Also runs as a 6 week set, 5 times a year.

 

You can attend online classes only OR choose from a membership which allows you access to both face to face classes ANd access to the live online classes and library.
