Post pandemic, i am now offering a mix of online classes as well as traditional face to face classes.
Choose from just face to face; just online or a mix of both! 
Flexible payment options are available.
ALL online or monthly memberships are booked and paid for onine using a secure payment system called GoCardless.

Face to face classes will still take cash but

  • Trial session (online OR face to face) | £5

    Only one trial session per student.

    With this pass you get:
    • To attend any one face to face class of your choice. (75 minutes) OR


    • To attend any one online class of your choice (60 minutes) PLUS with the onine option you also get 5 days oaf access to the recording of the class AND the growing onine library of classes available for online members.

    This is your chance to experience a session to see if it’s right for you. No obligation whatsoever to continue.

  • Drop in Session face to face class | £10

    £10

    Yoga can bring about immeasurable benefits - but one session won’t do the trick! If you feel the class, and your teacher are a good fit for you, we encourage you to at least sign up for one of our fixed term memberships, so you can experience real progress and learn more about how to tailor your practice to suit you.

    This option might however be a good fit for you if your circumstances mean even the 5 or 10 session options (which give you 2 and 4 weeks "grace" respectively) do not give you enough flexibility.

  • 5 FACE TO FACE ONLY Sessions | £45

    £45

    (You have 7 weeks to use up those 5 sessions, giving you 2 weeks grace.)

    • Must pay the £45 in full on commencement of the membership - either online or cash at class.
    • You can attend any of the classes at any venue.
    • If other classes are added, you can come to any of them too.
    • Access to a basic online picture library area to help you remember the poses we cover and give you additional tips.

  • 10 FACE TO FACE ONLY Sessions | £75

    £75

     (You have 14 weeks to use up those 10 sessions, giving you 4 weeks grace.)

    • Must pay the £75 in full on commencement of the membership - online or cash at the class.
    • Can attend any of the classes at any venue.
    • If other classes are added, you can come to any of them too.
    • Access to  picture library of poses with some tips to help you  remember what you learn in class.

  • 6 Month Face to Face ONLY Membership | £28 pcm for 6 months

    £28 pcm for 6 Months

    • Must commit to a 6 month contract paying by GoCardless, our direct debit system for 6 months.
    • Can attend any of the classes at any of the venues.
    • If other classes are added, you can come to any of them too.
    • Works out at £6.46 per class for 26 sessions - and if you attended just 2 more classes per month you'd be paying just £4.42 per class
    • Access to an online picture library available through the website to help you remember the poses we cover and give you additional tips.

  • Annual FACE TO FACE ONLY Membership | £25 pcm for 12 months

    £25 pcm for 12 Months

    • Must commit to a 12 month contract paying by GoCardless, our direct debit system for 12 months.
    • Can attend any of the classes at any of the venues.
    • If other classes are added, you can come to any of them too.
    • Works out at £5.75 per class for 52 sessions - add just one more class a month and that's £4.68 per class!
    • Access to an online picture library area, available through my website to help you remember the poses we cover and give you additional tips.

  • FIXED SHORT COURSES FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS £50

     

    NEW STYLE 6 WEEK FACE TO FACE YOGA FOR BEGINNERS COURSE - £50 
     

     

    Choose from one of 2 venues for this course.

    This fixed 6 week programme runs at various times throughout the year. Learn some of the basic poses and breathing techniques to get you started and help you gently improve your sense of health and well-being.

    New for 2024! 

    Additional support from online!

    Many of my students tell me they would love to start practising at home, and I TOTALLY encourage that! Even 15 minutes a day will make a significant difference to a whole host of aspects of your well-being.

    So, in addition to the face to face classes, when you enrol you will also gain 8 weeks of access to:

    • A Tuesday morning live online class which is for beginners and those with a little more experience, which will stretch your skills just that little bit more and expand your knowledge.
    • Can't make 10am on Tuesday mornings? You will also have access to the recordings of these classes for the 6 weeks of your membership plus a further 2 weeks.  

    Is this right for me? Well, the Beginner course is good for you if:

    • You are a complete novice and would like to learn the basics, or you need a slower, gentler pace with more explanation of how to do the poses and the benefits.
    • You don't want to be surrounded by superfit bendy people!!
    • You love the idea of having some tuition and reminders from the comfort of your own home, so you can start a real home practice. Believe me, just 15 minutes a day and you'll see a FAR more rapid improvement in your health and well-being.
    • You want to increase in confidence before going to a mixed level class.
    • The time suits you better and you don't want to commit to more than a few weeks.
    • You are able to commit to 6 sessions - which will start and end on specific dates.(Please note - there is some flexibility with this - if you cannot attend up to 2 of these sessions you can swap for one of Shona's other classes. However, after 2 swaps if you miss any more you will miss the session completely and there is no reimbursement.)

    • Any of the Zoom live online classes and recordings running that month. There will always be one live session each week - but some months there may be 3 live online sessions you could join.

    • The "on -demand" library of videos. Looking for some new ideas for sequences or yoga techniques to try? I am building a gorwing "library" of videos you have access to whilst ever you are a member.

    •  Attend up to 3 live stream classes each week.

    • Access to the recordings of all live classes for the month so you can catch up if you miss a class or want to try something different.

    • Access any on demand classes (from a growing library!) for the time you are a member.

  • Drop in session - online only £8

    You can just drop in to an online class! (Note - if you are a new student, you can try out an online class for just £5. If you are new, choose the trial option)


    This pass allows you to:

    * Choose and attend one online class of your choice

    * Gives you 5 days of access to the online library where you can see the recording of that class you booked PLUS browse through the growing on demand library of classes available to online members.

    For the student who wants total flexibility, this membership allows you to access to up to 11 classes each week PLUS the online library.

    (Attend or view online just 6 classes a month and that's £4.66 per class. -  some students take up a LOT more!)

    You can: 

    • Attend ANY live classes at any venue - as long as space is available.

    • Attend any live online classes (between 1 and 3 per week will be available)

    • Access the recordings of the live classes 

    • Access the growing online video library.

  • Beginner course Online video library £4

    ONLY available for students who have purchased one of the 6 week beginner courses

    • Never miss a class with this video archive of previous courses - all 6 weeks there for you to watch at any time during your course.

    • Gives you an opportunity to practice in between sessions by reminding you of the poses and techniques you learn, helping you make progress more quickly.

    • Plus you also gain access to  some additional shorter 10 to  20 minute videos showing simple short sequences you can try on a more regular basis. Sometimes it's hard to find an hour - but 15 minutes is more doable! 

     

    You have access to this video library for the duration of the beginner course plus one additional week for just an additional £4.
