Yoga for the absolute beginner: a new look 6 week face to face course: £50

These 6 week courses now come with additional support from online!

Many of my students tell me they would love to start practising at home, and I TOTALLY encourage that! Even 15 minutes a day will make a significant difference to your well-being.

So, in addition to the face to face classes, when you enrol you will also gain 8 weeks of access to:

  • A  10am weekly Tuesday morning live online class which is for beginners and those with a little more experience, which will stretch your skills just that little bit more and expand your knowledge.
  • Can't make 10am on Tuesday mornings? You will also have access to the recordings of these classes for the 6 weeks of your membership plus a further 2.

NOTE - BRAND NEW STUDENT? The complete course is £50 but brand new students come to the first session for £5 as a trial - no obligation to continue. If you do continue you bring the remaining £45 to week 2.

 1) Bawtry Memorial Sports Groundl: programme starts Tuesday 3rd September 2024 6.15 pm till 7.15 pm 

2) Tickhill Bowling Pavillion (NOT cricket Pavilion!) Starts Weds 4th September at 6.15 till 7.15 pm 

These courses get VERY busy - so you really do need to book and reserve your space. 
NO drop ins for this I'm afraid.

You can either pay online when you reserve your space OR pay in cash when you attend the first session. 

The beginner programme is good for you if:
  • You are a complete novice and would like to learn the basics, or you need a slower, gentler pace with more explanation of how to do the poses and the benefits.
  • You don't want to be surrounded by superfit bendy people!!
  • You love the idea of having some tuition and reminders from the comfort of your own home, so you can start a real home practice. Believe me, just 15 minutes a day and you'll see a FAR more rapid improvement in your health and well-being.
  • You want to increase in confidence before going to a mixed level class.
  • The time suits you better and you don't want to commit to more than a few weeks.
  • You are able to commit to 6 sessions - which will start and end on specific dates.(Please note - there is some flexibility with this - if you cannot attend up to 2 of these sessions you can swap for one of Shona's other classes. However, after 2 swaps if you miss any more you will miss the session completely and there is no reimbursement.)
